A grant of $1,500 was given to the Eagle Project to fund an Eagle Scout in the project to refurbish
the landscaping in front of the Almaden Post Office on Crown Boulevard.

| 2007 |
A grant of $200 was given to the Committee for Almaden Historical Awareness (CAHA) to prepare and frame photographs
showing scenes of the historic Quicksilver Mines in New Almaden to hang in the Almaden Library/Community Center.
AVCA joined other community organizations in making a donation. Individual contributing organizations are indicated
by an identification brass plate at the base of pictures hanging in the building.
